ABOUT THE JOB
Our ‘high street’ division, Consumer Products Division, offers a wide range of colouring, hair care, make-up and skincare brands through main retail channels such as supermarkets and chemists with brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier & Essie.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive category plans, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise to drive business growth and profitability.
- Contribute to the development of retailer engagement plans, showcasing your category thought leadership and expertise to establish strong partnerships and drive mutual growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on category performance, utilizing your advanced analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and adjust plans accordingly to meet objectives.
- Assist in creating robust brand activation plans, overseeing the briefing process and managing the creation of point-of-sale materials to support brand objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of channel-specific assortment strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize product offerings and meet customer demands.
- Provide support in the development of pricing and promotional strategies, leveraging your analytical insights and market knowledge to drive competitive pricing and impactful promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless alignment of stock forecast with activation timelines and market performance
