In this role, you’ll partner with Sales & Marketing counterparts within our Water categories. You will be a key driver of business animation, bringing a fact-based and transversal view to the commercial business partners and being the guardian of strong, profitable and sustainable growth. You will see new tasty ideas being born and will work with some of Danone’s most well known brands. In this role you will report to the Head of Gross Margin Controlling.

Your key activities will include:

• Serve as a business partner to Marketing and Sales counterparts, collaborating on key business initiatives and providing a financial perspective
• Prepare together with Sales & Marketing the category forecast including risks & opportunities
• Perform month-end activities, fulfill group and internal reporting requirements and make sure everything is properly reflected in the systems, ensuring compliance with the Danone accounting requirements and internal control rules
• Key contributor of long term planning for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan, working closely with cross-functional business partners, Finance leadership and the BU General Manager
• Create quantitative models that provide timely financial insights to support business leaders in making decisions.
• Continuously work to streamline and automate processes

About you
You are an experienced financial professional who has a natural drive to improve business performance and have a genuine passion for what you do. You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments where building relationships, collaborating cross-functionally and being a team player is crucial. You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, but are also always able to see the bigger picture. Your are proactive and your interpersonal and communication skills allow you to build strong relationships and bring people on your side.

Furthermore, you will have:

• 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling
• You are resilient and able to adapt quickly to fast changing environment
