Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist in implementing brand plans for New Zealand
- Track and evaluate brand performance against important metrics..
- Monitor and report on competitor activities.
- Contribute to the deployment of brand campaigns.
- Assist in new product launches and lead NPI process.
- Handle external agencies to meet quality expectations.
- Maintain local brand and campaign cycle plans.
- Develop communication content for internal and external presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Minimum 2 years in a portfolio management or activation role in FMCG industry.
- Ability to influence and create partner consensus.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Analytical skills for supervising and evaluating performance.
- Experience in handling external agencies.
- Proficiency in budget and PO tracking.
