In the Nordic region, we are 1,600 employees based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway working in various functions and teams and together we are collaborating to deliver a smoke-free Nordics.
We are looking for a Category Head of Smoe Free Products (SFP) who will be the owner of Heat not Burn (HnB/IQOS) and Vape (VEEV) categories in the Nordics and be part of the Marketing and Digital leadership team. The incumbent is ultimately accountable for delivering brand awareness, consideration, and intent to buy, embedding the global brand guidelines in the local markets, and producing, trans-creating and deploying omni-channel toolboxes, content, events and other consumer engagement interventions. Additionally, the role is responsible to deliver a fit for purpose portfolio strategy and launch plan, supported by a promotional calendar and pricing proposition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Business administration / Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles in a muti-category environment
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively enhance brand awareness
  • Prior experience leading large and diverse teams in a fast-paced and very competitive environment
  • Ability to inspire and drive direct and cross-functional teams towards shared goals
  • Experience designing, leading and managing consumer-centric campaigns to build and strengthen brand equity and drive increased awareness
  • Solid experience managing and leading diverse marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
  • Experience with developing brand content strategies for offline/online communications
  • Ability to understand business environment, consumer behaviors, and trends and translating them into meaningful and scalable consumer and trade programs

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead local brand building for IQOS and VEEV and embed brand guidelines in all commercial programs, projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing deep brand and content expertise, from idea generation to GTM (go-to-market) and omni-channel execution.
  • Develop, own and project run the execution of the market brand communication plan and editorial calendar.
  • Accountable for the market content creation and management for Smoke Free Products (SFP) brands, products, accessories, consumables and services, across all channels and touchpoints (offline and online), in collaboration with channel leads.
  • Accountable for the market portfolio plan, including optimization, monitoring of performance, new and limited edition launches and promotional initiatives’ calendar.
  • Accountable for the market content creation and management for Smoke Free Products (SFP) brands, products, campaigns, events, accessories, consumables and services, across all channels and touchpoints (offline and online), in collaboration with channel leads.
  • Handle external marketing agencies, suppliers and partnerships.
  • Lead a dedicated team and work with other departments and agencies to drive teh development and growth of our brands.
