Description:

Purpose of this role is to Identify, monitor and utilize trends and insights, conduct/supervise market research and give POV to the commercial strategy based on this information to enhances the business decision making.

Vacancy description

  • Handling consumer and shopper research projects of Frisian Flag Indonesia’s Powder portfolio in order to provide insights to marketing/sales business challenges.
  • Prepare Marketing Research Plan & Budget in line with marketing plan of each respective Brand Team to fulfill the consumer and shopper research needs. Also strive the usage and methodology for best value for money.
  • Manage day-to-day market research activities from brief to reporting.
  • Check and monitor the quality of regular tracking reports covering Retail Audit, Home Panel and Brand Health Tracking.
  • Prepare Summary of all Market Research reports and all Product Performance Test results and work closely with Brand Team and R&D for the next Action Points.
  • Prepare Quarterly Brand Health Dashboard for Action Points by Brand Team.
  • Prepare regular project review and agencies evaluation for each research project.
