The Category Leader (CL) Manufacturing Services has the major responsibility for the assigned sub-categories (MRO, warehouse, machinery, automation, CAPEX) in Poland. Category leader is responsible to drive projects in the assigned category forward to generate additional value to management risk, fulfil sustainability targets and drive innovation.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• At least 3-5 years of procurement experience in a FMCG business
• Degree level education
• Fluency in English and Polish (written & verbal)
• Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Services categories
• Experience in SAP and Ariba Guided Buying and E-Sourcing would be an asset

• Manage assigned categories, to conduct tender processes with national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools
• Development and implementation of category strategies, from supplier sourcing through contract award to continuous contract performance management
• Leveraging supplier resources for optimising value delivery through total cost savings and driving innovation, sustainability and managing risk
• Responsible for strategic supplier management through managing key supplier relationships and by measuring and reviewing supplier performance on annual basis
• Perform Business partnering with Key Stakeholders in Poland and across TwiningsOvo global footprint
• Connecting and communicating with the TwiningsOvo and ABF procurement network
