Description:
POSITION SUMMARY/JOB FOCUS
- Accountable for the delivery of the full P&L of Vaccines in the Andean Cluster
- Leads and coaches the Marketing team to implement business strategies/tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Leads or collaborates with other areas to ensure the appropriate country go-to-market model-based principles of Organizational Excellence
- Ensures that all activities are conducted following company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Competencies
- Proven success in leading marketing, commercial, and management of a multi-brand portfolio (at least 5y)
- Broad knowledge and experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical environments (8y experience).
- Proven success reaching revenue targets and managing business P&L is desired (at least 2y)
- Demonstrated success in working in and across diverse teams, leading high-performing teams by winning in the right way
- Written and spoken English and Spanish
- Ability to travel frequently within the countries.

Education
