Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Organise, plan and agree on major data-related initiatives and developments within ‘EDG- TCCC’ workstream to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
- Provide strategic leadership and be a focal point for all data projects within the ‘EDG - TCCC’ workstream.
- Lead delivery and take ownership for maintaining ‘TCCC’ dashboards.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate the communications with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and agency business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and queries and provide guidance to multiple stakeholders as and when required.
- Introduce governance processes, develop project documentation, and provide regular progress reports to C-level Executives.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all processes and systems.
- Analyse WPP/agency inefficiency & opportunity, and lead the definition and application of methodologies to ensure continuous improvements
- Provide leadership on projects to get critical work done through an in-depth understanding of executive stakeholder requirements and needs, and agencies’ businesses through the digital lens.
