Description:

Based at Birmingham with national travel required, the Category Manager is responsible for supporting the optimization of the end-to-end supply chain activities. This role involves supporting the Procurement, Rearing and Finishing Heads of Department in implementing their strategic planning, sourcing, procurement, and category management to ensure efficient operations, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with overall business objectives. The Category Manager will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive performance, manage risks, and foster innovation within the supply chain.
