My mission

• I am the driver of category elevation projects across the PL-BL HUB for my chosen category.
• I am the preferred category partner to key strategic retailers and point of contact for client category projects.
• I turn category insights and priorities into Category Selling Story and Im responsible for managing CPD assortment recommendations in top tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as category manager or similar role, ideally in beauty or FMCG industry.
• Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.
• Project management skills.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Polish.
