WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
With a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, you will bring 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally including familiarity with travel retail. Thanks to your strong understanding of shopper marketing, you will know how to effectively translate brand strategies into impactful initiatives. Proficiency in English, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will support your ability to engage with various stakeholders.
You will rely on your proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand awareness. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will help you manage complex challenges, while your project management expertise will enable you to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
As a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building, you will combine attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in an evolving environment. Your ability to influence and negotiate, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, will ensure productive relationships with colleagues and partners. ABOUT THE ROLE:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Category Manager Kinder & Biscuit Travel Market responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and portfolio initiatives that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and deliver business objectives, with main focus on airports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will develop and execute category and brand strategies for the Kinder and Biscuits portfolio. Thanks to your expertise in brand management within the FMCG sector, you will work on innovation and communication platforms for globally recognized brands such as Kinder Surprise, Kinder Bueno, Nutella Biscuits, and others. You will focus on ensuring alignment with global teams to support long-term business objectives and driving initiatives tailored to the travel retail environment.
You will lead the creation of marketing strategies that address market trends and business goals, while also managing the innovation pipeline by identifying growth opportunities and overseeing product development from concept to market launch. Additionally, you will collaborate with trade marketing teams to deliver impactful activations in travel retail locations and coordinate with the global digital marketing team to develop campaigns that effectively engage travelers through online channels. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and consumer studies will also be part of your role to ensure data-driven decision-making.
You will work cross-functionally with teams in Global Brand Team, Sales, Trade Marketing, Legal, and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of marketing efforts. Your role will involve managing external agency partners to deliver brand strategy and communication plans, while efficiently overseeing the marketing budget to maximize ROI. Experience in a global or multi-market role will help you navigate the complexity of this position.
