JOB DESCRIPTION
The role is based in Luxembourg (Strassen) and will require a minimum of 20% of travelling across Europe.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track experience in strategic procurement (Category Manager, Lead Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist)
- Strong knowledge of logistics (transportation, supply chain).
- Very good interpersonal skills to be able to make people adhere and look for Procurement assistance
- Ability to lead multi-functional projects that vary in complexity and priority
- Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for the logistics category across the EMEA region
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and select best-in-class logistics suppliers
- Manage relationships with key logistics vendors.
- Engage with internal stakeholders (such as supply chain managers, transportation teams, and warehouse operations) to understand their requirements and incorporate them into procurement strategies
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements while aligning with corporate strategy.
