UP TO £42,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + BONUS & BENEFITS

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines project management, retail strategy, and performance analysis? If yes, then look no further as this role could be for you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retail management of the frames category, including the project management of new frame launches and performance analysis. You’ll support the development of the frame category to continuously improve our customer offer and positively influence our KPIs. Working closely with the buying, marketing, and communications teams, you will ensure that new launches are executed flawlessly and support the Frames and Merchandising strategy across the business.
Your key responsibilities will include the new frame launches, engaging the business with internal publications, and creating launch materials. You’ll take ownership of key initiatives and maintaining brand and range information. Additionally, you will manage daily store queries, lead operational and commercial reviews of frame launches, and undertake monthly performance reporting. As the product expert, you will nominate frames for business publications and events, maintain the Frame Room, and analyse sales data to inform business decisions.
If you have excellent project management and organisational skills, strong written communication abilities, and confidence in influencing and communicating effectively, we want to hear from you. Experience in product/category management, the ability to work independently and strong IT and analytical skills will be key for this role.
This role is a 12 month secondment, working from home and collaborating in our Nottingham support office on a weekly basis.
