Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
What will be your key responsibilities?
The successful candidate will be the owner of display products category (Hotel TV, Professional Display, Gaming monitors, B2B Monitors), business partner to Head of Sales and Key Account Managers, who’ll support driving business strategy and decisions within the product category.

Business analysis:

  • Consumer panel data

  • Sell- ing/ sell- out performance

  • Competitors benchmarking

  • Preparation of regular reports for main KPIs (by products, segments, channels)
  • Financial KPIs and metrics monitoring

As the result:
- Ensuring ongoing business overview- including recommendations regarding appropriate product mix and sales forecast

Forecasting and price management:

  • Preparation of model wise sales planning & forecasting
  • Participation in setting pricing tactics of each segment and model.

As the result:

  • Ensuring transparent and based on regional market characteristics product forecast and pricing

Product launch tactics

  • Leading and managing the launch process of new products
  • Keeping implementation scheme, identifying potential risks and overcoming them if needed

As the result:
- Effective and on-time product launch guaranteeing expected sell- out performance by executing HQ product strategy and adaptation to local market requirements

Skills & qualifications

  • Prior experience in product management and/or marketing
  • Strategic minded and be able to integrate local product demands into pan-EU category strategy
  • Ability to analyze the market and establish our strategies against the competition
  • Well-rounded marketing knowledge to drive marketing communications teams to deliver exceptional solutions to support the category execution
  • High self-motivation with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into ideas, solutions, initiatives that directly impact the business performance

What is required?

  • Previous working experience as Product Manager in consumer electronics’ industry for min 4-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and in English essssential
  • Openess for working in multi-cultural team
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Well-developed learning agilities
  • University – Bc. degree is welcomed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
  • Generally requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
