JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in sourcing.
- Highly structured with analytical and conceptual capabilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiator and knowledge of negotiation strategies and tools.
- Digitally savvy.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
We are currently seeking a full-time professional for an immediate, permanent position in the Europe region with focus on sourcing of “Software Services”. Develop and implement sourcing concepts and processes in alignment with business stakeholders. Create business value and realize savings through sourcing activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify areas for strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of contracts.
- Prepare and conduct difficult negotiations in international environment, negotiated savings expected at minimum EUR 1 MN p.a.
- Responsibility for EUR 25mn (+) spend.
- Develop contracts together with Legal Team.
- Lead RfIs and RfQs.
- Ensure purchasing compliance.
- Engage in projects and deliver on special tasks.
- Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns.
