In this role, you’ll play a vital part in implementing global procurement strategies for Legal Services and Financial Services categories, contributing to the dynamic and rapidly evolving One Supply Chain Management (One SCM) initiative within VPC. Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the category manager on sourcing projects for Legal and Financial Services, contributing to executing global Category Team initiatives.
  • Support sourcing activities by initiating RFPs (Request for Proposals) and driving significant cost-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct commercial analysis of supplier proposals, presenting concise summaries and recommendations to stakeholders across business units and local markets.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations aligned with business requirements, ensuring favorable contractual outcomes.
  • Review contractual documents and amendments, aligning with Vodafone’s standard terms and negotiating with suppliers for necessary approvals.
  • Monitor in-life contracts, making adjustments as needed to ensure business continuity.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders across Vodafone entities, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management teams in local operating companies to update spend data, savings, and reporting.
  • Develop commercial models for supplier fees, analyze the supplier landscape, and drive optimizations.
  • Implement plans and KPIs based on thorough assessments of operational environments, available resources, and project dependencies.
  • Contribute flexibly to cross-category and cross-company projects, supporting a dynamic and innovative work environment.
