We are in a growing phase of massively improving supply by identifying and filling price and assortment gaps and are on the lookout for a Category Success Manager to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us in a new and exciting role as Category Success Manager for CDON Group, including our two marketplaces; CDON & Fyndiq. You will be responsible for improving our focus categories by ensuring that our customers are finding the right assortment, at a competitive price. You will provide guidance and insights, as well as execution, to assure we can fill the gaps within assortment and price for your focus categories.Your deep understanding of assortment and pricing strategy, as well as data-driven approach, will allow you to excel in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES
- Analyze and validate the attractiveness of our current assortment
- Identify gaps in our product range and create strategic plans to address these gaps
- Collaborate closely with the Merchant team to ensure seamless implementation of assortment plans, building strong relationships with key merchants
- Take ownership of sales for your focus categories, ensure pricing strategies are aligned and adjusted where necessary to drive profitable growth while maintaining margins at the category level
- Ensure that we showcase the best possible storefront for our focus category pages, make sure that the customers encounter the right products in categories, including seasonal items
- Ensure products are correctly categorized and new categories are created as needed
- Prevent inappropriate or illegal products from being featured
- Understand and anticipate category developments and market trends
- Optimize the assortment across marketplaces to capitalize on emerging trends
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure products are promoted through the appropriate channels and campaigns feature the intended products at the best possible prices
- Regularly review key sales channels to prevent loss of sales due to miscategorized products or technical issuesContribute to customized outreach and improved customer experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good cooperation with other parts in the organisation such as:
- Merchant Sales to align on assortment gaps and merchandising strategies
- Brand- & Customer Experience to align on customer engagement, brand positions and desired experience
- Product to align on site features needed to maximize sales
