We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of catering services, from planning and coordinating events to ensuring high-quality food and service delivery. The Catering Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and execute memorable events that exceed expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a catering management role or similar position within the hospitality industry (restaurant or hotel experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Demonstrated customer service expertise, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for clients.

• Coordinate logistics for catering events, including staffing, equipment, and transportation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Manage the catering team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional guest services.
• Execute and manager the events.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in all catering operations.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities during client interactions.
