JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves overseeing all aspects of catering services, from planning and coordinating events to ensuring high-quality food and service delivery. The Catering Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and execute memorable events that exceed expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a catering management role or similar position within the hospitality industry (restaurant or hotel experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, staff, and vendors professionally.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining quality standards.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
