Reporting to the Catering Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the pantry and all catering areas including Kitchen, Restaurant, Dayward & Theatre.
The following are the essential requirements for the post:-
- Flexibility (shifts, rosters, etc.)
- Clean, neat appearance.
- HACCP essential
- Excellent timekeeping / reliability / punctuality
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Initiative and Honesty
- Excellent command of English Language
- Manual handling / manual dexterity
