Responsibilities:

  • Remain flexible and work at an acceptable pace in a demanding environment, assisting where necessary in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, ensuring any guest requirements are catered for
  • Adhere to Food Safety legislation, statutory and company policies and procedures, ensuring catering and storage areas are clean, hygienic and adheres to all Health & Safety standards
  • Process complaints politely and positively, making every effort to resolve them at the time
  • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible in accordance with the schedule, monitoring all waste disposal bins, adhering to the waste policy and ensuring items are for recycling are placed in correct waste disposal bins
  • Assist in receipt of all deliveries, ensuring that all items arrive and are correctly put away using
  • Ensure that all property, equipment and monies under your control are safe at all times

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication, people skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Be forward thinking and inject ideas into the team environment
  • Able to ensure deadlines are met, and prioritise workload to ensure that all guests are dealt with efficiently
