Description:
We are looking for a new team member that can help deliver an amazing food service. Keeping our staff and visitors hydrated and well fed is our aim and we need people focused staff that have an attention to detail and a desire to give the best service possible.
Team members will be serving customers, stocking areas, keeping the area spic and span, cash handling and ensuring we adhere of all the rules and regulations.
Main duties include-
Preparation of food and beverages to standard required.
Service and sale of food and drinks.
Cleaning of equipment and restaurant areas.
Checking stock and replenishing.

1.
Preparation of food and beverages to standard required.
2.
Service and sale of all food and beverage products.
3.
Handling of cash following Trusts security agreements and procedures, within the restaurant and wards
4.
To cash up at end of services and secure all monies in accordance with Trust procedures, within the restaurant and wards
5.
Recording of all equipment temperatures.
6.
Cleaning of fixtures, equipment and restaurant areas.
7.
Ensure all vending equipment is cleaned as per manufacturers procedures and replenished as necessary.
8.
Ensure all working areas are secure before leaving the workplace.
9.
Stock is checked and replenished regularly.
10.
Stock rotation and checks on quality is done regularly.
11.
To inform Restaurant Team leader of any commodity needs.
12.
To assist with the orientation of new and agency staff.
13.
Responsible for reporting any daily issues to Duty Team Leader.
14.
To report any faults and defects that occurs to the appropriate personnel to ensure a safe working environment.
15.
To assist with any other functions of catering as directed within capabilities.
