Description:
We are looking to recruit a friendly and flexible catering assistant to join our team at nsech.
Duties are detailed in the attached job description but include:
assisting with provisions, cleaning duties and dishwashing as directed by the supervisors.
Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy.
Serving in the staff & visitor restaurant, cash handling and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.
Responsible for the preparation of foodstuffs, general cleaning of equipment and areas within the Catering Department and preparation and service of food to patients on the ward or to patients, visitors and staff in the restaurant.

Cleanliness of your own workstation is essential with a policy of clean as you go in this and other areas to the appropriate standard.
Must be able to work to the highest standards in both quality and hygiene.
To comply with all mandatory training requirements for Hygiene, Fire, Manual Handling and any other training deemed necessary for the efficient running of catering services
