Responsibilities:
BaptistCare Warena Gardens is seeking a Catering/Servery Assistant on a casual basis to present and deliver high quality nutritious meals to our residents. You will enjoy working in a large team who are committed and being able make a difference in the lives of residents.
There are a variety of shifts available: 7am-2pm // 3pm-7pm
Duties may include:
- Assistance in basic meal preparation and serving
- Making tea and coffee
- Assisting Chefs with food prep when required
- Working to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Checking and recording temperature of food
- Following all Food Safety Guidelines and HACCP program
- Assisting with deliveries of stock and stock rotation
