At Oliv Eatery and Bakery, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences, from daily in-house service to bespoke catering events. We are looking for a driven Catering Coordinator to spearhead our catering operations and help grow our catering business.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering department. This individual will be a key part of our team, responsible for building relationships with potential clients, generating new leads, and ensuring smooth operations from booking to execution. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in catering management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events simultaneously, and solve problems on the go.
- Knowledge of event planning, menu development, and food safety standards.
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of clientele, including corporate and individual clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, or other sales management tools.
