Description:
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary:$20-$22 Hour
Training:We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Ensures that the catering processes for each facility are followed and re-enforced.
Loads catered food on the truck and delivers food to designated area safely, timely and within all food service safety guidelines.
Unloads food at designated sites, and ensures all products are stored properly at the sites.
Maintains the required logs and paperwork accurately and timely at the facility where food is served.
Helps direct volunteers during meal services.
Reports to Catering Supervisor for additional daily tasks.
Supports, promotes and adheres to Catholic Charities vision, mission, values and Code of Ethics.
Reflects Catholic Charities commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.
Maintains confidentiality of client and agency information.
Regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to communicate and interact positively with others
- Ability to complete basic data entry into computer systems
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff through application of Agency values
- Knowledge of the service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base.
