Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Catering Manager to join our team Alexander Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0QQ.
The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, within the Officers, Sergeant and ASLS Buildings specifically supporting corporate meetings and private functions. This role involves managing a team of nine staff, ensuring events meet profitability goals, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards. You’ll be responsible for daily operational oversight, staff management, budgeting, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
