JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts.
- Develop customized menus, proposals, and presentations.
- Oversee event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise catering staff, ensure quality service.
- Collaborate with chefs, vendors, and event planners.
- Ensure food safety, quality control, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor event feedback, improve services.
- Meet sales targets, grow catering business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Service, or related field.
- 3+ years of catering management experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with catering software, event planning tools.
