Description:

Role;
It is to manage the unit through setting and maintaining service delivery standards, leading, motivating, and training staff. Implement and maintain operational controls in line/within budgetary requirements
Maintain standard food preparation and presentation
Ensure the quality of food preparation, presentation, and service is up to standard by meeting all quality/star grading standards in all areas of responsibility
Q-pro, OSHACT, and GMP compliance
Event Management, Unit Administration
You need;
Matric
National Diploma in Hospitality Management or any relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar role
My Market & Menutec experience advantageous
Driver’s licence & own vehicle
position for a minimum of 3 Years
mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy
Specialist Skills and Knowledge
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Excellent food/chef skills, background and knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
Fully computer literate
Between 3 - 5 Year
