Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans to meet contract requirements.
  • Maximise profitable sales and identify business growth opportunities within and outside the contract.
  • Control costs, manage budgets, and deliver on financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Lead and manage a team, conduct performance reviews, and implement training and development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and represent Sodexo at client meetings.
  • Oversee financial management and reporting, including eprofit trading and payroll systems.
  • Drive innovation and respond proactively to customer feedback and market trends.
