Catering Production Supervisor

MANAGEMENT

• To deputise in the absence of the Hotel Services Manager in order to

provide an efficient and high quality service.

• Responsible for the supervision of all junior staff within the Catering

department on a daily basis.

• Responsible for authorisation of clock cards and time sheets, liaising with

the Payroll dept in respect of any welfare/salary queries/complaints.

• Responsible for the compilation of monthly turnaround documents and

forwarding to the Payroll department for processing.
