Catering Team Leader - Live-In Accommodation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to undergo a DBS check
• Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role
• You’ll need great interpersonal skills to connect with their guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence to handle complex dietary & allergen requirements
• Maintain excellent food safety standards and procedures
• Three or more months experience within a catering role and a level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Ideally a driver with access to own transport

• Live-In accommodation on site
• Salary: £29,302.20 pro rata
• Optional meal package available at a heavily discounted rate. With all bills and utilities covered and three nutritional meals every day
• No late nights - typical finish 8pm
• 42 hours per week working 5 days over 7
• A Friday or Saturday evening off each week (during non-peak periods)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Keeping their guests and colleagues fuelled and hydrated
• Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and their guests are happy and well looked after
