Description:

Responsibilities:

The role requires operational experience in an SAP environment to support demands in areas such as:

  • Problem and Incident Management
  • The actioning of incidents in the service management queue
  • Experience with incident management software (ASM desirable).
  • Experience in dealing with RDS requests and reviews.
  • Contributing to management and delivery of change and release activities
  • Contributing to upgrade works including updating documentation
  • Drafting and reviewing communications
  • Contribute to upgrades of the CBMS SAP Application environment.
  • Familiarity in SAP Security
  • Knowledge of SAP security policies and controls.
  • Experience in managing user accounts, roles, and authorisations.
  • Ability to monitor and audit for security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Understanding of security standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with security tools and techniques
  • Experience in overseeing support SAP finance business applications desirably including GRC
  • Support and provision data for auditing periods
  • Planning and scheduling work and work-loads (prepare and maintain).
  • Familiarity with the ITILv4 framework
  • Monitoring, analysing and delivering within agreed timeframes
  • Collaboration and engagement with customers, vendors and functional lead
