REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of experience using Quadient Inspire Designer to develop ad hoc and/or transactional systems.
• Great interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and maintain quality working relationships.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• A team player and ability to work independently.
• Technical literacy; solutions focused.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience using SQL.
• Experience of programming languages (particularly C based or JavaScript).
• Knowledge or experience in building digital communications, using HTML and CSS.
• Experience of using Quadient Inspire Interactive and/or Inspire Scaler.
• Experience of using XMPie and/or VPress Core Create.

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Create and contribute to reports and work instructions when required.
• Write documentation for solutions, processes and systems.
• Uphold the integrity of client data by following strict data protection policies.
• Adhere to internal standards and expectations for file integrity and quality.
• Assist in process improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating to senior members of the team when necessary.
• Assist in training junior CCM developers.
• Support senior CCM developers as and when required.
• Respond to out-of-hours calls for assistance, attending on-site if necessary.

Overall Purpose of Job

• To develop and maintain CCM solutions suitable for ad hoc, digital, and transactional work streams.
• To develop, maintain and administer on-demand printing technologies.
• To support and work in partnership with the client services and operations team by providing CCM solutions, reporting, and test/live files accurately and on time according to instruction.
• To provide ad hoc data services for group stakeholders

Main Duties & Targets

• Interpret project specifications and liaise with the client services team, as well as both internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
• Download and validate client supplied files and process data through approved applications.
• Develop Quadient CCM solutions using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive to produce test/live files according to instruction.
• Produce multichannel outputs.
• Update, maintain and administer on-demand web2print technologies.
• Assist other areas of the business with data services, reporting and other relevant services as and when required
