JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Install, configure, and test CCTV and IoT devices at customer locations.
• Perform system troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide phone support to customers for technical issues and troubleshooting guidance.
• Set up and integrate IoT devices with existing networks and systems.
• Conduct on-site inspections to diagnose and resolve hardware or connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide technical reports as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in CCTV servicing, installation, or repair wiring
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
