- CDO product knowledge
- Experience with CDO compliance software’s

Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly and quarterly waterfalls
- Work on new CDOs deals and work with asset managers on existing trades that are within the CDO portfolios
- Produce compliance reports for note holders
- Run hypothetical trade analysis for the CDO compliance tests to ensure post-trade compliance
- Handle requests and queries from internal and external parties
- Respond and prepare ad hoc reporting requests
- Understand the terms of the indenture of each CDO
