JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

PwC’s CEE Business Development team is seeking an astute individual for the role of Sales Enablement Senior Associate. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to positioning PwC as a distinct brand in the marketplace, fostering long-term client relationships through innovative sales strategies and effective lead follow-up. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the execution of PwC’s CEE Go-to-Market strategy, working collaboratively with industry leaders and marketing professionals across the CEE region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead Management and Conversion: Take primary responsibility for managing leads generated from priority marketing campaigns. This includes the meticulous tracking of leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and working closely with business stakeholders to facilitate effective lead conversion. You will serve as the pivotal bridge between marketing initiatives and business outcomes, ensuring that leads are nurtured and progressed through the sales pipeline to achieve targeted conversion rates.
  • Bid Management: Bid coordination or proposal management role.Working with wider teams, building strategic relationships with stakeholders to optimize bid collateral.Organized with a proactive approach. Experience managing workload and maintaining the smooth end-to-end Bid Management process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to lead management. This entails regular communication with relevant parties to verify that each lead is contacted in a timely manner, assessed against predefined criteria, and, if qualified, progressed to create opportunities. Your role is crucial in fostering strong collaboration between the marketing and business development teams to align efforts and maximise lead conversion efficiency.
  • Salesforce Utilisation and Reporting: Champion the use of Salesforce (CRM) within the team, implementing best practices in account management and lead tracking to glean actionable insights from sales data. You will be responsible for the accurate reporting of leads conversion metrics, analysing the impact of marketing campaigns on pipeline creation and sharing these insights with senior management. This involves a rigorous understanding of data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Tool and Resource Optimisation: Ensure the effective utilisation of business development tools and resources at the client and industry level, performing additional ad hoc tasks related to the PwC CEE Business Development program as assigned by the CEE MCBD Director.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • B2B Sales Proficiency: At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales within an international consulting environment, demonstrating a capability to navigate complex sales cycles and cultivate lasting client relationships.
  • BID Management: Significant experience in a bid coordination or proposal management role. Experience managing workload and maintaining the smooth end-to-end Bid Management process.
  • CRM Expertise: Strong proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce, with a track record of leveraging CRM tools for effective lead management and sales analytics.
  • Enterprise Sales Process: A thorough understanding of the enterprise sales process, including strategies for engaging with large organizations and managing extended sales cycles.
  • Sales Training: Evidence of formal training in sales methodologies, particularly those relevant to B2B and enterprise sales, is preferred.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills (both written and oral in English), with the ability to effectively manage and influence internal stakeholders. A proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is essential for creating impactful reports and presentations.
  • Quick Start: The ability to commence within 1-2 months, with a keen interest in contributing to a regional role and a commitment to continuous professional development.
