From a position of strength, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), the leader in prestige beauty products, embarked on the Leading Beauty Forward program, chartered to fuel product innovation and enhance market agility. A key element of this strategy was the design of a new way to support its suite of 30 brands globally. The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Strong communication and validation skills with the ability to iterate through requirements in phases while maintaining alignment with business sponsors and key stakeholders
• Ability to decompose complex challenges into logical options, and influence decision-making to drive roadmap alignment
• Experience driving project discovery leveraging tenets that support long term scalability
• Strong requirements oversight including definition, management, and socialization
• Independent and creative analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and confirm understanding.
• Solutions-oriented mindset, with an appetite to problem solve collaboratively with business partners
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on shifting priorities as new information is discovered
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the belief that no detail is too small to be overlooked
• An exceptional communicator and spirited collaborator having worked in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
  Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years working with Data Analytics or Data related Business Cases
• Advanced SQL and Systems Engineering degree from accredited universities with strong academic record
• Proficiency with structuring milestones and driving deployments
• Proficiency with data migration, integrations, ETL, modeling and analytics
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management applications highly preferred
• Experience working with reporting tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
• Experience working with (or, ability to quickly learn & master) a variety of technologies
• Experience operating in development delivery models (e.g. Agile/Waterfall)
• Strong production capabilities in PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, JIRA, Confluence

• Work closely with the different business organizations and the Celonis CoE Engine room
• Define and identified the personas and understand their business needs for analytics.
• Identify the key business questions and how they connect with different data sources
• Define the metrics, analyze the available data, and join sources to get the correct insights.
• Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical projects to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful information.
• Become the subject matter expert in data analytics leveraging on top notch process mining tools to identify process variants, bottlenecks, loops, correlation analysis whilst generating meaningful data models.
