JOB DESCRIPTION
Cemex is seeking a Workforce Experience & Culture Advisor to join our team. As the advisor, you will design and deploy a listening strategy for employees, identifying impactful opportunities for improvement and supporting culture initiatives related to feedback. You will measure the impact of these initiatives through surveys and pulses while fostering an environment that encourages growth, development, and engagement. QUALIFICATIONS
- Have experience of at least 3 years in the field.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive work environment.
- Showcase proficiency in organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Demonstrate ability to develop, implement and evaluate culture-related programs that aligns with business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Preferably hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy a listening strategy for employees to gather feedback about their journey experience.
- Analyze the feedback gathered to identify any hotspots or gaps in the employee experience.
- Develop effective communication strategies to address any areas for improvement that are identified.
- Collaborate with the culture team on initiatives related to gathering and utilizing employee feedback.
- Measure the impact of culture initiatives through surveys, pulses, or other methods as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to workforce experience and culture development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the organization regarding employee engagement strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive company culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth opportunities for all employees.
- A qualified candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities.
