Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, strong, and organized leader with a positive mindset who
can collaborate efforts, ideas, and passion to help the brand achieve its mission. As
Center Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations with a
focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success with sales and team building and the ability to work

a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

  • College degree in a related field or 2 years minimum prior background in retail

management, marketing, or sales (required)

  • Ability to set goals, prioritize work, analyze business performance, bring new

ideas to the table, and delegate effectively.

  • Problem solver who can think on their feet, bring people to compromise, and

resolve conflict.

  • Establish trust and confidence, and develop positive relationships with employees,

members, and guests.

  • Have a strong customer service orientation & be able to communicate effectively

with clients, vendors, franchise owners, and regional developers.

  • Possess excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire staff, and

develop a strong team culture.

  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Exhibit proficiency in retail/service sales goals, and interpreting progress and trends in

sales reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the center delivers an exceptional experience to every guest while

following all policies and protocols

  • Work side-by-side with the district manager to make a profitable business

decisions

  • Clearly communicate business goals, contests, and performance expectations to

all team members

  • Lead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team members
  • Drive this top-performing location to break national company records
  • Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas and innovative

problem-solving

  • Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associates and

professional growth through achievement and accountability
