Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 year’s experience in a clerical position
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and MS Outlook
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee accommodation arrangements for site employees
  • Record and process travel expense claims for site personnel
  • Arrange PPE for site employees as needed
  • Manage and update site schedules
  • Complete any additional tasks as requested
