Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 year’s experience in a clerical position
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and MS Outlook
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee accommodation arrangements for site employees
- Record and process travel expense claims for site personnel
- Arrange PPE for site employees as needed
- Manage and update site schedules
- Complete any additional tasks as requested
