Admin Section - Central Patient Transport Department
Oversees patient transport tasks. Assists in the daily functioning of the department in support of patient transport care and needs.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Hospital/ Business Administration or other related discipline or High School Education is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

No experience is required with Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (on-job training), one (1) year as Patient Care Assistant or related experience with High School Education is required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS(CERTIFICATES)

• Saudi Nationals only.

• Allocates and utilizes Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to assigned zones.
• Performs daily rounding to assure service needs are met, and complied with standards including dress code and infection control as well as ensuring health and wellness of PCAs.
• Provides input for employee evaluations.
• Represents PCAs in activities and meetings as required.
• Follows the chain of command in reporting incidents or concerns.
• Promotes a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture and identifying areas of risk to Supervisor, Central Patient Transport.
• Supports quality initiatives within Central Patient Transportation Section.
• Follows established telephone etiquette, and seeks assistance where appropriate.
• Performs dispatching duties when needed and as assigned.
• Adheres to the Employee Code of Conduct. Maintains confidentiality at all time.
