Description:

With the greenfield project of building out of a CLB strategy we are looking for a person with experience of equities working across various equities businesses. Tasked with modelling automated trading, alpha generation, and internalization strategies you will define process and build out of CLB strategy. You’ll be working in collaboration with experienced developers and quant researchers, who will encourage you to question the status quo and recognise any biases in the data. What we’re looking forMinimum of 5 years experience on an equities desk Extended exposure to execution strategies and automated risk management.STEM background with significant industry exposure to PythonIdeal established relationship with Exchanges but not essential.Exposure to equity derivatives and the delta dynamics of options trading and hedging.Exposure to portfolio optimisation and factor modelsStrategic decision-making and effective problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication.Self-starter who doesn’t hesitate to challenge the current status quo with the desire to make our environment demonstrably better.
