Job Summary : The Admin cum Customer Service role at our enrichment centre involves providing administrative support and excellent customer service to students and parents. The role requires efficient handling of enquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Google Drive.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Centre Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or feedback received from students/parents.
- Attending to phone and walk-in enquiries.
- Establishing and maintaining proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the centre.
- Maintenance of office inventory and equipment.
- General administrative duties.
- Assist the trainers when necessary.
- Act in all respects according to the instructions and directions given to you by the Company through the Director and/or Centre Manager.
- Do all in your power to promote, develop, and extend the activities of the Company and at all times and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions from the Director and/or Centre Manager.
- Be responsible to communicate with proper spoken and written English.
- Attending staff meetings & team building.
