Description:

CONTRACT: PERMANENT, PART-TIME (24 HOURS PER WEEK)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed leisure professional to join our team to help us achieve our goal of More People, More Active, More Often.
The post is based at Oak Park Active Living Centre, working 24 hours per week on a rotating working pattern including evenings and weekends.
You will provide a reception/front-desk service at a busy leisure facility. This will include taking payments, answering customer enquiries face to face, by email and telephone. You will also have knowledge of computer booking systems and managing bookings.
In this role, you’ll be able to deliver excellent customer service, help promote the leisure centres activities, sell memberships and communicate effectively with adults and children as well as having a good standard of numeracy and literacy.
