Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Experience Center Manager to lead the operations of our brand’s flagship center. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving brand engagement, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, Retail, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health and sustainable food products is a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Create a welcoming environment aligned with the brand’s identity.Engage customers with product knowledge and benefits.Address feedback and ensure a positive experience.
- Operations Oversee inventory, equipment, and facilities.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
- Team Leadership Recruit, train, and motivate staff for excellent service.Set goals and provide performance feedback.Foster a collaborative work culture.
- Sales & Marketing Promote products and educate customers to drive sales.Organize events and campaigns to boost engagement.Monitor and report sales and customer trends.
- Brand Representation Act as the face of the brand in-store.Host events to build brand awareness and loyalty.Align initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
- Reporting Track sales, inventory, and customer data.Analyze trends and suggest improvements.Provide regular performance updates to management.
