Are you a skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education professional with a passion for leading and developing a team? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Centre Manager at San Marino World of Learning to join our team and oversee the operation of our licensed childcare centre of 30 places.
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Childcare Educators and Teachers, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children ages 6 months to 5 years old with operating hours from 7am-6:30pm

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

• Oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders
• Lead and support the professional development of the Childcare Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
