WORKING AT THE UNIVERSITY – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Governance: Support the Centre Director in developing and implementing the Centre’s strategic direction and mission.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the Centre’s general operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-standard service delivery.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive culture to achieve service excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders within the Centre, Faculty, University, and community.
  • Resource Management: Implement and manage the Centre’s business planning and budgeting process in alignment with Faculty and University processes.
