Description:
ARE YOU READY TO BE THE BACKBONE OF OUR EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS AND MAKE A REAL IMPACT AT THE HEART OF FOXWAY?
We’re looking for a dynamic and organized CEO Assistant to work closely with our CEO and the group management team, playing a pivotal role in managing our Stockholm head office and ensuring seamless daily operations while contributing to our mission of driving innovation and excellence.
You will use your skills for:
- Executive support: Assist the CEO with daily tasks, including calendar management, organize and plan internal and external meetings, prepare necessary documents and ensure follow-up on decisions and actions.
- Office management: Serve as the site manager for our Stockholm head office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Project involvement: Participate in and support various projects and initiatives aimed at improving company processes and operations.
Administrative duties: Manage reporting, document handling, travel bookings, email and act as the primary contact between the CEO, employees, customers, and partners to keep the CEO’s workflow efficient and effective.

We would like you to have:
- Several years of experience in supporting senior management or the CEO, preferably in a fast-growing or dynamic business environment.
- Preferably experience from working in an international organization with Private Equity owners.
- The ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new tasks, projects, and business contexts.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improving processes and acting without being asked.
- A strong sense of structure and attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- A humble, can-do attitude, willing to step in and help wherever needed.
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy approach: Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and overall digital competence.
