Avendus Wealth Management (AWM) is an award-winning, full-service, Indian wealth management business that began operations in 2010. AWM currently oversees ~US$ 7 Bn of assets, across 2,000+ Indian UHNI / HNI families.
We are hiring for an experienced, self-driven professional who will play a key role in setting up and managing the offshore investments and advisory platform for AWM’s clients globally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Based/Resident in Singapore
• Possess minimum 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management that is relevant to the investment activities of ACPL and the asset classes and markets that it will invest in
• Possess 5 years of managerial experience in a supervisory capacity (manage team etc)
• Employed on a full-time basis
• A passion for investing and for helping investors make better investment decisions.
• Ability to initiate change and work in a growing and fast paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and tight timeframes
• Ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously and prioritize work based on urgency with a strong sense of ownership and accountability of work
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiations skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• To design and drive the offshore strategy for the business
• Conduct active research, due diligence and analysis on investment opportunities across multi-asset classes including private equity, real estate, private debt, venture capital, equities and bonds (funds and ETFs)
• Drive client and prospect meetings to discuss and promote investment solutions. Own client requests including developing bespoke pitches based on client needs
• Drive AUM and revenue targets for the businessMaintain awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
