Description:
We are offering a fully remote contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Manager in the technology and SaaS industry located in New York. This role involves overseeing payroll functions for US, Canada, and Latam entities, handling various payroll aspects such as new hires, terminations, taxes across various states, and managing payroll integrations from newly acquired entities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll operations for US, Canada, and Latam entities
- Handle new hire payroll processing and termination procedures
- Manage payroll taxes across multiple states
- Conduct light reporting duties as necessary
- Handle HRIS and accounting aspects related to payroll
- Utilize Ceridian Dayforce for payroll processing
- Manage 401k - RRSP Administration and Benefit Functions
- Conduct bi-Monthly Payroll operations
- Manage payroll aspects for SaaS - Software As A Service
- Oversee Canadian Payroll and Payroll Management
- Assist with managing payroll integrations from newly acquired entities
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Payroll Management
- Proficiency in Ceridian Payroll System and Dayforce
- Knowledge of 401k and RRSP Administration
- Experience in Benefit Functions and bi-Monthly Payroll
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software As A Service)
- Knowledge of Canadian Payroll procedures
- Experience in managing payroll on a SaaS platform
- Ability to handle complex payroll systems and streamline processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
